RAW clay LAB is an experimental art project developed and facilitated by Suzanne Davey. The project focussed on researching the creative potential of raw clay and hybrid ceramics. Exchange, collaboration, community engagement and professional development for seven artists who had not worked together previously were key objectives.
The RAW clay LAB project commenced at Eramboo Artist Environment 28 November 2020 and culminated in RAW clay LAB Open, 12-13 June 2021. This community art event, presented and hosted by RAW clay LAB artists, featured an art exhibition, participatory performances, hands on making experiences and site responsive works located in the bushland at Eramboo.
